Madeleine Dinnissen

Madeleine Dinnissen is an insurance executive with 15 years of specialized experience in Financial Lines claims management. She is known for her pragmatic approach, operational efficiency, and ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable guidance for carriers and their teams.
Over her career, Madeleine has managed the full lifecycle of claims across directors' and officers' liability, employment practices liability, errors and omissions, fiduciary liability, fidelity, and cyber liability policies. As a claims practice leader and mentor, her work spans file handling and program management, claims oversight and audit, and team training, coaching, and management support.
Bilingual in French and English, Madeleine holds an MBA and commercial lines claims adjustment certifications with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in Québec and the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA).
